Only way to correct a spoiled ballot that was trashed.
Throw them all out and revote in person.
If that is not voter suppression tell me what the hell is.
At this point, the PA vote is hopelessly tainted. There is no way to fix it. They allegedly threw out spoiled ballots with no poll watchers or 2nd opinion from a 3rd party, they did not segregate late votes, and you have Philly.
I don’t see any way to fix it short of tossing out the entire election in PA and having a special election. This is a trainwreck.
