Those would be Trump votes that were spoiled by some ‘rat marking an excess vote for Biden or a 3rd party candidate for president on it so that even an honest election judge cannot determine, by looking at individual ballots [out of context] who the real voter intended to vote for... so that the real vote, the baby, must be thrown out with the extra vote “bath water. “
So, run a survey of who claims to have voted, but for whom no ballot has been recorded. Survey whom they voted for. Prediction: overwhelmingly Trump (although there will probably a few legitimately spoiled ballots for other voters, too).
