Manipulation of votes that add or subtract from one candidate can be determined using statistical analysis. Voting counts follow a statistical principle called Benford’s Law that predicts the frequency of each digit in voting totals taken from precinct batches. When counts are artificially modified they distort these statistics particularly for the second digit of the totals and this shows up as outlier high value from the expected frequencies.
If the precinct totals are examined with software tools to detect this effect either from Scorecard manipulation or even cruder “repeater” batch techniques it would be conclusive evidence of fraud.
The Trump legal team needs to file lawsuits on these suspected count areas so they can do discovery and look for anomalies like this. If the judges are in on the fix this will get shut down quickly.
