No, I do get it... I know that in many places ballots are printed on laser printers as a normal practice, but even in places where outside contractors printed up most of the ballots and especially mail in ballots... which is most of the country, they also printed additional ballots on demand with laser printers. And the moderators have pulled multiple threads on this nonsense, they just cannot keep up with it all.

So you believe that... election officials printing ballots when needed is illegal. Are you worried about federal or state statutes?

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”

If you can cite a law prohibiting the printing of ballots by state election officials when needed... I would love to see a link to it.
