The problem is the courts, not the senate. Its not even the judges. These are civil suits, you just have to find a jury of idiots. The only way to stop it is with liability protection laws, which of course they will give to big tech, but never to gun makers. Eventually there will havd to be sanctuary states for guns and ammo, I’m sure. We’ll never have enough control of Congress to get any help there.

See the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), thanks to Republicans in Congress. Since then, activist judges have chipped away at it, and Democrats recently promised to repeal it. They can only be stopped by continued Republican control of the Senate and more judge and justice appointments.

But too many people ruin our efforts by acting like goons in public to scare voters away and demoralizing conservatives with rants about how the Democrats will win regardless of our efforts.
