I’m not buying it. Not ahead of time, in 50 states. The pre-election ballots are dispersed in hundreds of locations. How would this be done?
Here in Florida, the ballots are literally printed on site, one per customer. The ballot does not even exist until you sign in and the ballot is created in your name. (Outside of requested absentee ballots, there was no universal mail-in balloting.)
I think it’s a psyop that will only give patriots another false hope, soon to be dashed.

What about states that vote electronically?
We have heard about sonething similar for days, but it keeps getting debunked.
Part of the reason for people disputing the idea is that the states print the ballots. It woukd be interesting if watermarked paper was somehow distributed to the states and, yes, they did the printing. Would be great if yhe administration said “here, due to the covid we will GIVE you the paper for elections this year.”
Per the CISA, states and voting systems use watermarks, specific paper weights, barcodes among other techniques.
But the CISA, at least in the info they’ve put out that I’ve seen, doesn’t specify which states and voting systems use which methods.
This is how the fraud will be detected for later proof, not imaginary secret watermarks:

Patterns of tabulation and reporting, particularly since election night, are statistically improbable.
America deserves to know—quickly—if it has been defrauded.

Yeah, but by monitoring the chain of command via optical watermarks of the ballots in question to combat foreign meddling, this monitoring will also cover Democrat Party meddling.

You missed the reports of DHS working the past several years with states implementing the President’s EO regarding national security in elections.
DHS is providing the ballots with security features and the states have complied. But some traitors in states laughed at the DHS security features because they are easy to duplicate and counterfeit not knowing there are other hidden security features that can be tracked.
The security ballots are real as confirmed by the California SOS office acknowledging the watermarks in an official letter not knowing of further features
If one were filling out false ballots and was short on time, it would be much easier to cast the vote for the president and senate then count it rather than go thru the entire ballot choosing candidates at all levels
