Sure, if KH can get a proposed amendment bill through both houses of Congress with a two-thirds majority in each, and then persuade three-fourths of the states (38) to ratify it, then “they” can get rid of the 2nd Amendment.
The only way to repeal an Amendment is with another Amendment.
Getting rid of the Second Amendment won’t happen. Changing its meaning by taking away the individual right to own a Firearm is how they will try and accomplish it.
The fun will start when the “Individuals” won’t comply.
