The provisional ballots will heavily skew Trump, the vast majority of them are people who got a vote by mail but surrendered their vote by mail ballots to vote in person..
In Person voting Trump dominated. My district was 3 to 2 Trump in person voting. I would expect the Provisional ballots to highly skew Trump

If this happened these people should have been given provisional ballots.
Because mistakes happen, so they are given provisional ballots and then the issues are investigated at the county to determine if the provisional should be counted or not.
Because of the push for mail in ballots, a lot of folks got them, and a LOT of provisional ballots were done because people had issues saying they had been sent a ballot but claim they never had it, or wanted to vote in person but didn’t bring their mail in ballot to surrender it etc...
So the provisional ballots I would expect to skew highly Trump... In my district the in person voting was 3-2 Trump on election day. I expect Provisionals will be highly skewed Trump
Geez. Provisional balloting should not be a thing. It looks like if a state isn’t close, they never get looked at.
I think everyone should vote in person with election authorities coming to visit the infirm but cogent for their votes. Exception for military only. Allow them to vote absentee in the weeks leading up to the election so they are in by Election Day. If you live overseas you should have to get to an embassy or consulate.

When I voted provisional once, because the poll ladies said “I had already voted that day” - WRONG - the way they treated that piece of paper made me know it was going into the trash.

Since they never requested or received a mail in ballot they had nothing to turn in and had to vote provisionally.

This is the age of computers: fake stuff is easily detected. The GOP needs to get tough with the Democrat cheating machine.
This is unreal. I pray the Trump campaign has good data analytics. It’s sickening.
Myself and a few of my friends witnessed this firsthand, so it does not surprise me that it was widespread. People were going to vote in person on election day and were told they could not because they were already sent a mail in ballot. So they were offered a provisional ballot instead.
We were trying to decide what to make of this. Two possibilities:
1. People trying to vote twice
2. People who had someone else hijack their vote
This exactly happened to me in the primary. I was mailed a ballot, which I didn’t recognize as a ballot because I didn’t remember ever wanting vote by mail (I think I accidentally signed up for that at the DMV when I processed my Real ID).
Then I showed up at the polling place to vote in person. They said I was mailed a ballot, and would have to surrender it first in order to vote normally.
And if I didn’t or couldn’t, I could only vote provisionally. I did, PO’d, thinking they were wrong about me being mailed a ballot.
Then I went home and found the ballot. So they were right.
I’d bet in PA, if all those ballots were mailed out to everyone as was so in CA, many GOP voters showed up at the polls on election day without their ballots to exchange, and then could only vote provisionally.
Interestingly, this year my in person “vote center” as they are called now did NOT ask me to surrender my ballot so they could spoil it first. I brought it with me but they did not ask me for it.

And we may well have had Chinese interference in our election.
I guarantee it. I worked my polling place and have since 2016.. before Tuesday we had had to use 1 total provisional ballot in all those elections
We had 10 on Tuesday... all were related to mail in ballot issues.
The overall live vote in my district was 3 to 2 Trump.
So I would anticipate the provisional ballots to break heavily Trump.
