How is using a Sharpie considered disqualifying? Ok, so it tends to “bleed thru” - surely there’s not more options printed on the other side, right? makes it quite clear which dot is filled.

If a voter uses the marking implement provided to them at the polling location by election staff, how can their ballot be disqualified due to the marking implement?
