The real problem is time: the Rats will certify their states for Biden no matter how obvious the fraud.
If I’m not mistaken, the legislatures of PA, MI, WI, GA and NC are all GOP and can decide which slate of electors to appoint if it is clear there has been fraud.
The point is that those counted in the wee hours this morning weren’t kept separate, they can’t be tied to the source, so the vote of an illegitimate source can’t be taken back.
That could have happened with all the overnight counts if they had got an injunction to stop the count until they had a monitor.
One more time, mail in ballots counted as they were supposedly counted last night are separated from their wnvelopes. You can’t trace them back. That is exactly why they needed to go to court last night.
