I would like to think so, but with early voting and mail in ballots, how many Minnesotans have already made their choice? This is why the Democrats pushed for early voting and mail in voting and all the other tricks. Their leadership knew that Biden the sock puppet would start driving away votes, so lets harvest early.

In Minnesota you CAN change your vote. However, you would have had to let them know by October 20th that you wanted the previously sent-in ballot destroyed.
