I'm curious what the final % of ballots cast vs. eligible voters will be this year and how it'll compare to a normal Presidential election year.

It's usually around 50-55%. If this year the number approaches 60%, that may be a good indication that "extra" ballots were cast. It only takes a small bump in select battleground states to sway the election, and the Dems have elevated voter fraud to an art form.
