Not sure where they get the opening status by state info, but here in PA restaurants are open for dine in and movie theaters are running — both with restricted capacity. Barber shops and hair salons also are open.
Looks like if you have to have it you should get it in TX with 17K deaths and 758K recovered.
Funny they left out whether schools are open for in school classes vs virtual.Seems like that would be important for people to know as much as these other categories.
