I read that the group that’s executing the release via this GTV is Taiwanese. I’m not positive and from what I understand it is all in the hands of several groups now and also another set of hard drives exposing certain politicians in scandals. Supposedly the CCP sent them to them to let them know they were compromised and should submit, but this group also has a copy of those.

You are correct that the company is in Taiwan but the owner is in the US and is a partner with Bannon. He also founded the Whistleblower’s Movement (a time-CCP) which LuDe is part of. These folks teamed up with Giuliani with the release of the hard drives.
Yes there are three hard drives, the one Giuliani has, the other two were obtained somehow (probably hacked) from the CCP which contains CCP intelligence. That is why some of the photos that have been released were taken by HB, while others were obviously surveillance possibly through HB’s webcam or when he was in Beijing, through hidden cameras.
