If he’s not a legal person, he might not be in the “criminal case” mindset, but just wants to provide information. (Still smart enough to have the originals still, and sent copies.)

I made note of how they were using such a reliable, highly-rated, economical, bargain-brand shipping company too, and yet the package was still intercepted, opened, and the contents illegally stolen!
