Not a joke. But how did he get away with not paying up on the lawsuit? Buy a judge? Imagine what it was like for two teens-no money, no dad. The justice system is rarely just.

I recall that, but the way I remember it is that the poster was just kicking around some “what-ifs”. Don’t think it ever was considered true. Seems she was distracted, ran a stop sign, may or may not have had alcohol in her system, and a guy minding his own business hit her car.
The fact that Bidens accuse the driver of being drunk is disgusting; he had NO alcohol in his system. He’s dead now, but the family should’ve sued for defamation. I suppose that the people who lived in the area were aware of the criminal element of the Bidens and didn’t want to take them on.
I haven’t seen an article suggesting it, but I’ve suspected it for a while now.
Though, if she did, I don’t think it was because of an affair. I’m wondering if she caught her husband molesting their daughter.
It would be interesting to have another look at that accident. With a forensic crash investigation team.

Really. Especially since Joe was screwing around with Jill then. Maybe Joe had his wife whacked. (I’ve seen WAY too many gang documentaries and Investigation Discovery, as you can tell! Also, conspiracy theories are fun. LOL!)
I’ve been thinking about it. Why would a mom with three children in the car pull out in front of a truck coming down a straight roadway in good weather? Miss a vehicle that large? On a bright day, with good weather? I just think it’s really unlikely. Especially in an age without modern day electronic distractions.
Add to that, if it was a suicide, why take her kids with her? Because of an affair? I could see her offing herself over that, but not the kids. Unless she thought they’d be better off with her, and that leads to some awful suspicions.
It’s not that unusual for a parent to punish the spouse committing infidelity by killing the kids, too.
