September 18, 1850 the Senate passed the Fugitive Slave Act. Not the darkest day?
March 21, 1854 the Senate passed the Kansas-Nebraska Act. Not the darkest day?
“Leader” Schumer, certainly you have your priorities confused, or are you just another Democrat racist?

F__k Chuck. It cracks me up how much the Dimocrats are whining about this appointment. I’d bet my last dollar that if the shoe were on the other foot, they’d do exactly what Trump and McConnell did (legally).

Unless I'm mistaken the 13 newly formed independent States (formally colonies) didn't become the United States of America until 1787 when the Constitution was ratified - technically 1788 because one State held out until '88.
If I'm correct, let's do the math and we'll go with 1787. 1787 subtracted from 2020 = 233 years. Do I have this wrong?

Again, the United States Constitution clearly speaks of the House of Representatives and the Senate. It was ratified in 1787 That created the Senate 233 years ago, not 231.
Politicians know NOTHING of our history. I’d love to ask Schumer when the actual shooting Revolutionary War began and where, not when it was declared on July, 3, 1776 at Independence Hall. Yes, I know everyone thinks July 4th. That is when it was publicly announced. Am I wrong? Years are creeping up.

How about all the dark days that Schumer tripped when he claimed that the INDY MAC BANK in Pasadena was insolvent???
How much damage did that do, CHUCKIE?
The bank was NOT INSOLVENT, but Chuckie destroyed it & started a recession in 2009.
