Personally, I wouldn’t live in Nashville proper. I was born here and except for the first three days of my life, never lived in Nashville. LOL. I’ve worked in Nashville over 30 years.
But I’m a rural girl at heart.
Forgot to mention...Nashville has a 34% property tax increase going into effect in 2021.
