Hard to say. Many conservatives that are strong on individualism and have some libertarian tendencies, think it is horrible to lock people away for drug use and possible addiction. It is bad for the individual long term and wastes a ton of taxpayer dollars.
With crime soaring in our inner cities, I am skeptical that Trump wins much support by bragging that he lets more people out of prison early than Obama did.
