A sharp increase in black support for Trump would result in a Trump victory.

If I recall correctly, Trump got about 8% of the black vote in 2016. Romney and McCain got in the neighborhood of 5%, I think? Republicans in recent decades have gotten less than 10% of the black vote.

A sharp increase in black support could mean Trump wins states such as Michigan and Pennsylvania easily, rather than being close.

A sharp increase in black support downticket would help the ‘pubs take back the House. If that happens, I would expect a lot of Republican effort to follow up - and a huge increase in the morale and prospects of the black citizen.

It’s my fondest hope for the election . . .

Reagan garnered 12 in ‘80 and 8 in ‘84. 12 is the most since 1960 when (whoever) got 32%.
20% would be awesome!
30% would be armageddon for democrats.
There won’t be any typical leftist meltdown, ranting, screaming in the street... they will just sit there... staring blankly at the camera, comatose... as their reality crumbles around them... unable to comprehend how their playbook of lies, deceit, hatred has failed once again...
