Partner, my Brother in Law "God Bless His Heart" who has passed away told a lot of us that he thought it was the Adoption that he was blackmailed by the DemonRat party.

I advised my beloved husband from the get-go that Roberts was being blackmailed and he was not in anyway shape or form a Conservative.

My beloved retorted that John Roberts is okay on guns.

Well, after that ruling, I looked at him and told him (versus advised) that I *never* want to hear that John Roberts is a Conservative. I said he was being black-mailed and that he only throws a bone every now and then to the Conservatives, and that I **never** want to hear anything positive about Roberts.

Usually, my beloved can spot a con-man/woman in a heartbeat. I guess since the Gun Control issue is so important my beloved was giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Partner, you must live in Pennsylvania and I should have cleared up my comments.

President Trump will win the election on Tuesday Nov. 3rd but Pennsylvania votes must come in to determine how many electoral votes for our POTUS President Trump.

We need to know the Electoral count by the end of November 3rd period. It should have never allowed voting on an election until Friday after the real election.

We are all hoping that these regulations change and all Presidents must have their elections finished on the same day, period.

I don’t live in Pennsylvania, but Roberts’ vote in the Pennsylvania case bothers me. I hope Trump gets to his 270 despite what may happen in PA.

At this very moment the Philadelphia democrats are preparing stacks of ballots for putting in the mail on election night after they determine how many votes they’ll need when the vote results are reported.

John Roberts said that on the Supreme Court it was his job to call the balls and strikes, not rewrite the rulebook.

Now, in his hatred for Trump, there is no rule he won’t rerwrite - mandatory fine is a tax, laws requiruing postmarks on ballots no later than election day means three more days, etc.

Americans need to watch the history channel on the rise of the Nazis - it’s happening here now and will be complete if Biden wins.

Looks like America could omly make it to 244 years, about a quarter of what Rome did. It was great while it lasted.

Because it was a tie, there is no precedent, it just means the lower court ruling stands. The parties in the lower court could ask for a rehearing, or reconsideration, and when it is denied, take it up again in the Supreme Court, this time with a WIN!
