Sigh. No. No they won’t.
Already the GOP has stifled 10/11 of these.
Only NC and WI remain.
This wasn’t a precedent-setting ruling. It was a “return” to the previous court.
The decision can and will be appealed, but the PA GOP moved this forward TOO FAST. They should have stalled for a friggin’ week. At any rate, they will go back before a court with ACB on it and will win.
The Court is not going to RULE on these piecemeal. If it is going to have to rule on making a vote counting standard, it will do so on the merits of ALL of these cases at once.
