No, all she's doing is talking. I don't know the law, but I suspect she can get away with a lot of things without breaking the law.

It must be opposite day. Biden is talking about a mask mandate and shutting the country down again. If you’re sick of masks and shutdowns would you really vote for him? Not unless it’s all a scam, and Biden’s planning to open everything up after he gets elected and the media stops pushing the COVID story. But hey, if she works on it a little, she could probably set her Biden pitch to the tune of the “Pina Colada Song.”
