There is always discretion and individual interpretation. There was a story the other day about a woman’s attire, remember?
He was given multiple warnings.
To answer your question: yes—obey. I guess if we’re going to be scrutinizing every word, (it depends what the definition is is..), I’ll be more careful.
“...and accuses others of racism...”
Nope, not ‘others’...just you, you racist.
Through no fault of their own? No one is requiring them to be mask-Nazis. They made that decision on their own. They could have stood apart from all the other airlines by treating their customers as rational adults who can make their own risk assessments about whether to fly on their airline. Instead, they fell right in line and kowtowed to the virtue-signalling fear-mongers.
Disney is another one. Let's make everyone wear masks in the middle of August in Florida and stand 6 ft. apart in line. Yeah - there's no reason why people wouldn't want to spend the equivalent of a year of college tuition on a fun vacation like that, right?
Then they realize they have to layoff 28,000 employees - through no fault of their own?
You have no clue what happened prior to the beginning of the video. Like I said earlier...you just make stuff up.
Final post to moron moovova...
I’m not waisting anymore time arguing with an idiot so here goes—
I’m well aware of the situation, much more than you. So buzz off and go eat more paint chips and leave the adults to talk amongst themselves.
Be gone moron.
Making stuff up again, I see.
Im an insider and I get the juicy details."
Yeah, right. You drive the blue-water truck, don't you? I'm sure there are plenty of 'juicy' details with that job.
It was the lesser of two evils...
They were getting screwed either way. There were threats of not being allowed to fly to certain areas if they didn’t follow CDC guidelines. The media would have shredded them.
There is no need for individual interpretation if the rules are clearly defined. I know nothing about a story about a woman's attire.
He was given multiple warnings.
You keep stating facts that are not in evidence. Unless you have first-hand knowledge of what happened prior to the start of the posted video you just can't throw these things out like they're true.
What I see is a guy confronted by a crew member, looking confused and asking what they were planning on doing? I could barely hear him so he's definitely not causing a scene/disruption. I see a crew member ignoring requests from another paying customer to clarify the policy about mask-wearing while eating and threatening to call the police.
I also see woke airline employees using the self-inflicted backward COVID policies of their employer as a convenient excuse to harass paying customers who don't comport with their political agenda.
Don't ask if I would feel the same if it was someone wearing a Biden hat, because that person would NEVER be treated that way by a true conservative Trump supporter. It's like you're in denial that TDS actually exists.
Southwest employs a lot of people. You need to face that fact and realize not all are just plain folks trying to make a living with no other agenda.

The lesser of two evils, eh? So they chose the media over their paying customers. I see. Sounds like cowardice to me. Kinda looks like their choice didn't work out too well for them since now their crying for bailouts.
Just another example of discretion concerning a policy. She was told to cover up due to the amount of cleavage showing.
I have first hand facts. He was given multiple warnings from multiple people.

I bring that up concerning principles. I'm saying that we are not always right and I won't defend our side every time.
When all of the facts come out, you'll see my side.
Thanks for keeping it civil, I appreciate your input and time.
You said we trust his judgment. Does this mean you work for them? Is this how you got your inside information?
My opinions are my own and I am not authorized to speak on behalf of Southwest Airlines.
I know a Southwest pilot. I will see if I can get some inside information from him.
