Bingo! I told people at the time (& still tell people ;^), "Sarah Palin is better qualified to be President, than ANY of the other candidates for president or VP!" Obama was an empty chair, Biden a rabid dog, and McCain a train wreck...

Without Palin I know a bunch of conservatives who were voting 3rd party on 08. I know one Goldwater conservative who held and still holds McCain in utter disdain and without Palin he wouldn’t even consider talking about voting for McCain. McCain even with Palin was a hard pill to swallow. McCain was a total backstabbing establishment ahole first class.
