I’m holding on to what Rush said, “There is no Plan B. Trump will win.’ It’s certainly a lot more encouraging than Cruz’s -’GOP could lose in a landslide.’ What’s that all about?

I kinda scratched my head when I read that too! Upon more thought I think Cruz was just giving the literal truth. If the economy tanked between now and election day, if the virus flared up badly, and if the majority of people became depressed, obviously we could be in for a electoral disaster. But with the news that 56% believe that they are better off than 4 years ago, Pence's good showing, and the President's full recovery I can think that the odds are very good for a clear win!

That said, I wished Ted would not have spoke as he did. I am sure he would say that he believes that Trump is going to win.

You forgot to mention the other part of his statement, which was “The GOP could win in a landslide”
