Your post sounds exactly like me, same kinds of histamine reaction to almost everything, so I too will take a wait and see approach. Every medicine or supplement I start the first time, I have to start with a tiny bit to make sure I don’t react.

And once you get an injection, there’s no getting it out.
You just have to wait out the reaction and hope it doesn’t end with an ERvisit.
