Joe Biden would be a lot LESS conscientious about the “nuke codes” than Donald J. Trump has proven to be over the past nearly four years. The very way Trump went face to face with Kim Jong Un should be a clear indication of how Trump handles nuclear threats in this world. Trump walked right up to the threatening posture and looked Kim in the eye.
No nuke code needed to be activated.
