I’ve noticed that people seem to be more reckless and rude when driving. In my face-to-face encounters, I haven’t noticed too much, but I don’t work around people. Most of my encounters have been shopping or at the park.

I've noticed it too. I seldom go out, having a remote job. The few times I do, however, I've encountered real jerks driving. SEVERAL left-hand passes on left turns (VERY dangerous). People failing to yield when required. Stuff like that.

Atlanta has never been the most car-polite city, but never this bad.
