This is the result of:
* telling people women are as physically capable as men
* teaching people that heroics by men is oppressive
* equating self-defense or reaction to violence as being equally bad as the violence
The first two lead men to stand by and do nothing unless women join in, or else they’re bad ...
The last one makes EVERYONE unwilling to fight back when attacked, because liberals criminalize/penalize it. That’s out of the mistaken belief that all violence is equally bad, so the victim becomes evil if they try to stop their assault. And someone who tries to stop an assault is also bad, unless they just use words.
