There are other things besides COVID people. You don’t get running noses with COVID. Never heard of even one with that symptom. He has more chance now of getting the flu than COVID.

If Joe already had Covid there would be no way he’d be holed up in the basement. This is not a healthy man and would need hospital care ASAP.
