If Joe drops out it goes to Bernie
Bernie might actually do better than Biden, so I hope not lol. Hopefully they just keep Biden going like they did RBG, hooked up to machines keeping his organs going.
It should go to Bernie, but it would be the DNC electors from each state that choose a candidate. I’m not sure who can be a candidate and how. They wouldn’t be able to get the new candidate’s name on the ballot though.
