President Trump and first lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
President Trump announced early Friday that both he and the First Lady Melania Trump tested positive for COVID-19 and will quarantine at the White House.
“Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19,” the president tweeted. “We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately.”
He added: “We will get through this TOGETHER!”
Melania Trump posted, “As too many Americans have done this year, @potus & I are quarantining at home after testing positive for COVID-19. We are feeling good & I have postponed all upcoming engagements. Please be sure you are staying safe & we will all get through this together.”
White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told reporters Friday the president is experiencing mild symptoms but remains on the job.
Well, this is sure one big “October Surprise.”
In presidential elections, the media’s coined a phrase for anything that happens late in the game that changes a race’s calculus. It’s known as an “October Surprise.”

Many may not know it, but someone had already predicted that US President, Donald Trump, will announce that he had contracted COVID-19 early October, and that it would be a publicity stunt to overshadow his political opponent in the coming presidential election.
The prediction was made by one JohnCammo on Twitter as far back as September 18, 2020, when he wrote to predict Trump’s announcement. He wrote on Twitter: “Trump’s October surprise will be the announcement of ‘his infection.’ Fake, but quite dramatic. This twist will blow Biden off the screens, the ‘Trump COVID watch’ dominating every minute of every day. Then, 14 days later, Trump will emerge, 100% cured by hydroxychloroquine

Not saying I don’t believe he has it but there are definitely factors that benefit him.

Unlike pancreatic cancer, getting Wuhan isn’t a death sentence. Without knowing anything else about Trump’s specific health issues, he’s got a 1 in 40 chance of dying from it. Trump is now immune. A big uncertainty is removed if DJT is re-elected. Not so much for Biden who can still get it and is in worse health than Trump to start with.
Trump will be telling us a vote for Biden is a vote for Harris.
The tests currently being used are so sensitive that anyone who has had any type of exposure tests positive even when the amount of virus in their system is so small that it is unlikely that they will develop symptoms. I believe that the timing of this is fortuitous and will suck the wind out of Biden’s tiny sails.
No, the likely October surprise is that Hope Hicks was targeted with the virus by the deep state.
They knew her proximity to Trump.

No. Trump is not faking the diagnosis and mild symptoms. It’s absurd to say that Trump is faking it to get votes.
However, I’m betting that the left promotes exactly that allegation as a fake rumor.

That actually means nothing. There are thousands of predictions being made on social media every day. So someone out there is bound to have predicted this, just by chance.
Heck, if the United States is invaded by Canada tomorrow, you’ll probably be able to find some guy on Twitter who had predicted it a week ago.
Even if the vaccine won’t be available to you and me for another 9 or 10 months Trump could say “See I made a vaccine!” And liberals heads will explode!

The problem with your scientifically appearing link is that they’ve never made a distinction between dying “from” the Covid and dying “with” the Covid. Add to that a large group of complicit so-called medical and civil experts have incontestably been “cooking the books” and we have no real reliable information other than to say that the statistics cited are probably two or three times worse than what the actual situation is. my 60-year-old sister had open heart surgery and is in treatment for cancer and got the Covid and 4 days after she was diagnosed, was in her garden working. She said she had the runs slight headache a slight fever and felt like she had run a half marathon but other than that she was fine.
OK. and maybe HE JUST GOT COVID. He’s among thousands of people. I am just surprised he hasn’t gotten it before. He runs himself ragged. His body needs a break. Health comes first.

Furthermore it shows that the president is taking the coronavirus seriously what’s the Democrats constantly allege that he does not and has not
Finally it gives the president a chance to rest at the White House and just give teleconferences with no press around for a couple weeks at the White House
