I worked as a public health nurse and in epidemiology as well and can tell you there is nothing new about asymptomatic spread, especially with respiratory illnesses.
I hope the president has a mild case and recovers quickly so he can get back to work and campaigning, but I don’t think this is anything to underestimate.
