If I had a hamburger joint and started using dog poop instead of hamburger and people stopped coming to my place, I would figure out the cause right away. Why can’t the NBA owners and commissioner figure out the problem of disappearing fans? Or do they think they’ll still rake in the money with only half the people watching?
They are gonna look real good with that broke off in their asses.
It’s likely that the Lakers are going to win the championship. Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic are doubtful for game two. The Heat can make an adjustment with Dragic out, but Butler and Adebayo are the two main scoring players, just as James and Davis are for the Lakers. With Adebayo out, it’s pretty much over.
They know what is wrong. Some of the owners and coaches are part of the problem. All everyone else can do is to sit there and wish things weren't this intense.
NBA and other sports are counting on
there being enough lefty fans out
there embracing the wokeness balancing
out the loss of those like us who are
tuning out. Sports has been enough of
a moneymaker for TV and radio, advertisers etc.
They are counting on people tuning in for
Finals, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, MLB
playoffs etc. Then going out to buy
chips, cars, beer, razors or whatever.
Everyone will take a hit this year and
the virus is part of the reason but so
is fan disgust.
Playing in front of cardboard fans. In
Denver they used cutouts of South Park
characters!
Baseball has some kind of playoffs going
on; seeing headlines like “Yankees beat
Cleveland in 2 game sweep”. Not following
it myself.
Huge salaries..hey Lebron if you’re
so concerned why not stop playing and
become a social justice warrior? Am
sure you won’t mind having your salary
going from $31 million to $25,000.
And of course athletes, actors, musicians
use their fame to push their politics.
Many of us are tuning out but they
are counting on enough dumbs—ts to
make their salaries.Even though it will
be greatly reduced it’s still impressive.
Great! It’s time for the pampered millionaire kneelers to take pay cuts. I propose targeting zero.
Seriously? Real jobs? Dealing drugs, carjacking etc.
NBA games are an infomercials for Communist Democrats. Let them go to their Communist Chinese masters for their money.
The nba can’t go out of business fast enough. Move to China thugs and start the CCSBL Chinese Communist Sweatshop Basketball League.
