All data received/transmitted on Fed Gov’t phones is automatically backed-up to the NSA Cloud system. You can wipe the data off the phone itself but you cannot wipe the data collected and stored on the NSA Cloud.
The cheapskates are pretty stupid if they are using government phones for their nefarious deeds. Thankfully they are.
