I heard Fox News say that the Debate Commission has never allowed
breaks. 90 minutes of uninterrupted debate.
That does not mean the Commission will not make an exception for
Biden, though.
Maybe this is what Biden will use to not show up.
The Debate commissioner (or whatever his title was) was on Fox yesterday and said there are no breaks.
