I’m surprised it’s not being saved for the trial. If it would be a fair trial, there would be no charges to start with.
This has been political from the first, so it must be fought in the court of public opinion.
Informing the public of the injustice being done by a political county attorney is the second step.
The first was battling the tech giants to get a public funding account which was allowed to stay up.
We are fighting incipient tyranny.

Kyl was terrified I’m sure
Enough that he fell down a couple times running away
