If this is true, it is sort of a bombshell.

Sue them EACH for $1,000,000 MORE than their insurance policy.
Too bad he can’t sue the dirtbag partisan Judge Sullivan who has absolute immunity for continuing the circus despite prosecution’s motion to dismiss
one can buy errors and omissions insurance but i don’t believe intentional illegal acts can be covered..that would be against public policy..

I would imagine it’s not just the government employees who can get sued, it’s everyone in the MEDIA that ran with this crap ruining his reputation, costing him his home and livelihood. Obama shouldn’t have bought that new house.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Misconduct? Try treason.
Lindsey told Hannity tonight that he was thankful that Barr and Wray were working to uncover all of this.
I choked. Wray?
I would think you would have to list your prior acts (work actions you undertook) in your application. If not, I would expect the underwriter to walk away. The underwriter needs some way to calculate their risk.
Bill Clinton’s homeowner policy just happened to have sexual harassment insurance:
“White House officials would not explain how Clinton came to buy the first policy, bought from Pacific Indemnity, that was effective for a year beginning Feb. 5, 1991, when Clinton was governor. Jones has alleged that Clinton approached her in May of that year while she was working at a state convention.
The second policy, written by State Farm, was effective for a year beginning Sept. 5, 1994. Bennett said that policy is applicable to the Jones case because she asserts that Clinton and his aides violated her rights and defamed her after she made the public allegations.”
Jan 10, 5 days after the meeting in the oval office with Obama.
Excellent question!
I wonder if the agents then deducted the cost from their income taxes?
Paging the IRS, if it's not too busy targeting conservative non-profits...
Here is an interview(302) of FBI agent William Barnett assigned to the Flynn case. It was conducted last week. He was on the case from the fall of 2016 and well into the SC. Really damning and worth the read. Top brass in FBI and SCO were out to get Flynn. Barnett says FBI agents assigned to SC were there to rubber stamp what the attorneys wanted. Jean Rhee was the one after Flynn.

I’m going to guess that liability insurance excludes any incident performed before you got insurance, even if you are sued well after.
Ins policies do have coverage dates.
