They're trying to railroad him like they did James Fields.

There's a lot of video evidence showing the real time timeline which works in Kyles' favor.

However forces are aligned against him and they're going to try to crucify him.

Even with the video evidence it's going to be a hard case.

I just watched the video. The Kenosha County prosecutor (a ‘Rat) needs to face disbarment proceedings at the Wisconsin Supreme Court immediately.

The last two shots are clearly self-defense and he should get off on those. The first one does not have a clear video, but the description of it seems to be that the dead guy was attacking him and grabbed the rifle. I am going to have to go with a reasonable doubt there so he should walk on that one also.

That only leaves possessing the rifle while underage and the law is ambiguous there. It will come down to the jury.

But, he needs to be out of jail while this gets resolved -- his bail is way too high.

Am I understanding this correctly? Rosenbaum was shot by someone other than Rittenhouse? Is there a possibility now that the unknown shooter was firing at Rittenhouse and missed, or is it possible that the unknown shooter shot at Rosenbaum in defense of Rittenhouse?

What I've heard in his defense is that he wasn't deliberately ramming the crowd - he was trying to escape a mob that was attacking his car, including at least one person with a gun. He supposedly accelerated to get away. The girl that died wasn't even directly struck by him if I recall correctly - she was struck by a car that he hit.

Amazing how possession and use of a firearm can go in two distinct directions depending on the party affiliation of the prosecutor.

His bail was $2,000,000 but you usually only need 10% and his defense fund had well over $500,000 weeks ago.

Even if they needed the full amount I'm sure it could be raised.

The thing that terrifies me about recent events is the old rule of law is dead.
