What makes the Rich case especially troubling is the cops arrived at the scene 60 seconds after Rich was shot which happened in a neighborhood watch zone right next to a grocery store that had a camera outside. It was 4:20 am, ANYONE who was on the street at that time near the area could have been considered a suspect, so what happened? How did the killer disappear like a ghost? Why was Rich shot twice in the back and nothing was robbed from him?
