Each required surgery with high risk of long-term impact on brain functionality. Biden is now 77 and is showing obvious signs of age-related dementia that is in no doubt compounded by his previous aneurysms. Biden can no longer speak coherent sentences and refrain from name-calling and drifting into weird and creepy stories about his leg hair and Corn Pop.
