I was too young to remember much of the Vietnam era, and I have foggy memories of the Watergate hearings playing on the TV when I was young.

I always thought Walter Cronkite was a man worthy of respect until I read an opinion somewhere that said “Walter Cronkite should be shot for treason”. I was a bit shocked by it at the time.

That was somewhere in my mid-teens, not long after Dan Blather took over Cronkite’s seat. It piqued my interest and was more or less the beginning of me learning about the realities of politics and the media.

As a veteran of that war I was a first hand witness to the BS the media put out. And paid attention to Watergate.

Nixon was a choir boy compared to Bill Clinton, which gave Watergate and Nixon a different context, in that this guy was a good President. He successfully ended the Vietnam War with a negotiated peace due to our military victory only to have the Democrats lose the war by defunding the South Vietnamese.

The democrats have been communists since the 60’s cultural revolution. They and their MSM partners are just now showing their full colors and are proud of it.
