Best I can tell, if you mess up this Covid thing, you can easily die. It sets into pneumonia pretty easily and if that doesn’t kill you, it messes with your heart. You have to be way ahead of it (Vitamin D, Zinc, HCQ). College coaches are notoriously unhealthy.
Well, it currently has a death rate of less than one percent. At least that is what I have read.
Flus can vary. Some are worse and some are better.
Its bad for some people, but honestly again, most of the people dead or badly affected are elderly.
My nephew in DE had it, it was a minor cold. His MIL in MD had it for week, she got over it. That was in July.
Today I talked with my friend in FL. Her sons HS has been in session for real thru August, and some kids and a teacher got positive. They made some 100 people quarantine for 2 weeks. Everyone so far is fine.
Its still questionable but the death rate is still quite low.
