Interesting. Well RBG should have retired under Obama as she was a very ill and frail woman even back then. But she had notions of "President Hillary" appointing her successor - the optics of having the first woman president replacing a female Supreme Court Justice - so she selfishly hung in there when she should have been focusing on spending time with family and putting her affairs in order.

I can only imagine her shock and horror when Donald Trump won the presidency the night of Nov 8 2016.
