At this point in the Nashville case, the city council needs to step in...suspend the mayor and his staff for a period of time, and have a public investigation. If they interfered with public business, the bars and clubs need to bring a class-action suit, and just sue the heck out of the city government. The mayor may think he can run the city like they do in California...but this is Tennessee and they don’t take kindly to this type of behavior.
