90%+ of newly minted US citizens vote Democrat.

What about the next generation born to these newly minted citizens? And the generation after that? And so on and so forth.

For example, recent polls show Trump is doing much better with hispanics. I would image many of these people are second and third generation.

Not that I'm pro large numbers of legal immigrants. I'm not. Just trying to find a silver lining.

The number are not there. Immigration is like slitting our own throat.
In the wake of an election that astounded most Americans, there is a lot of 'splainin' to do.

Here are some especially intriguing numbers: According to the National Election Pool (NEP) exit polls sponsored by the major media outlets, 65 percent of Asian Americans voted for Hillary Clinton and 29 percent voted for the victor, Donald Trump. The figures on Latinos are identical: 65 percent and 29 percent.
