That’s because not all interviewees insist on a presubmitted question list ahead of time. Usually with a stipulation that there be no follow-up question or remark after the answer.
Some interviewers got all their fame by accepting these lists and thus getting people who wouldn’t agree to being interviewed by others. You can tell by the wooden character of the interview. An answer will just BEG for a follow-up question, but there isn’t one.
