When the agents went into the house, they searched all over, including in the childrens rooms. They asked Kolfage about his guns, how many and their characteristics. They allowed Kolfage to only take his medications with him and then took Kolfage outside while his two children huddled in their room with fear. What happened next likely violated numerous articles of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Once outside the 15 agents dragged triple amputee war hero Brian Kolfage with one good arm and no legs into their arrest vehicle! This was extremely humbling and unsafe for Kolfage!

I recommend you also read the Indictment
And there’s the rub. We’ve had 4 years time to investigate, charge and put the leftist coup plotters in prison. Crickets. This has developed over a few months, and BOOM! Action. The law is not the same for the elites.
“How do New York agents have arrest powers in Florida?”
Last night I watched Burt Reynolds in Gator. Same deal. Sent a NY Fed to Florida to bust Mr. McCall.
No they aren’t. However, USPS inspectors use US attorneys to prosecute their cases.

It is my understanding that Kolfage did not take any money other than actual costs incurred. I take it you do not believe in the presumption of innocence!
Really? 350000 in expenses?
Do you believe in the tooth fairy, unicorns and Q?
A politically-motivated indictment can be entirely false and should be treated with great suspicion. Innocent people can be indicted and convicted on something completely false. (It is said that a good prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.)
By the way, stupid (since you started with the name calling) do you or do you not believe in the presumption of innocence?
Do you or do you not, stupid, believe in the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment?
Do you, stupid, believe a veteran who has been profoundly wounded and disabled in the service of his country, even if he has broken the law, should be treated humanely by law enforcement, and should he have an actionable case if he is not?
You'd have been gone a long time ago if we had that.
Fraud is seldom a political charge

Question is incomprehensible
There are no difference in the caliber of individuals and character of these Agents than the NKVD Agents of the Union of Soviet Socialists Republic of Stalin's day. But after all is said and done, they are part of the Blue and them and their actions must be backed. It just was not that poor souls day. If it hasn't been mentioned up until now, some wag and Sage will opine,"If you can't do the time, don't commit the crime".
If he broke some law, I understand that he would need to be charged. But why bring a small army to arrest a disabled man and make such a show of it in front of his neighbors and especially his children? And yet no one marches into Hillary’s home or Hunter Biden’s home and takes them away? The double standard is so maddening.
