What President Trump accomplished in his first term is to almost but not quite counterbalance what Obama did in his 8 years.

Each appointed 2 to the Supreme Court.

Obama appointed 55 and Trump 53 to the Circuit Courts

Obama appointed 329 judges total to Trump’s 203....meaning Obama appointed considerably more to the District Courts.

If Trump gets another 4 years, we will actually make real progress on the federal courts instead of just doing damage control like he’s been doing the last 4 years. Its almost certain the president in the next 4 years will get to appoint one or two to the Supreme Court.

2nd circuit = 6 rat, 7 Republican
3rd circuit = 6 rat, 8 Republican
4th circuit = 8 rat, 6 Republican, 1 both

5th circuit = 5 rat, 12 Republican
6th circuit = 5 rat, 11 Republican
7th circuit = 2 rat, 9 Republican
8th circuit = 1 rat, 10 Republican
9th circuit = 16 rat, 13 Republican

Trump likely flips three more Circuit courts if he gets 4 more years.

I hope that patriots realize that corrupt Congress gets around it’s 1st Amendment prohibition on making certain laws, also making laws that the states have never expressly constitutionally given Congress the specific power to make, in the following ways.

The post-17th Amendment ratification Congress not only lets activist justices, judges and faceless, non-elected bureaucrats get away with legislating politically correct laws from the bench and numbered government offices, but also lets lawless, second-term presidents get away with making constitutionally indefensible executive orders.

Such laws and executive orders based on stolen state powers.

In other words, career lawmakers are effectively letting activist justices and corrupt presidents do Congress’s dirty, unconstitutional legislative work for Congress so that lawmakers can keep their voting records clean to get reelected.

Voters have the power to stop this federal circus, but since parents are evidently not making sure that their children are being taught about the federal government’s constitutionally limited power as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood, voters are clueless.

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.

I don’t see any problem with voting Republican ticket for 2020 elections.

This is the number one reason why this election is so critically important. The courts are where laws, policies, regulations, etc. live or die in the end. Precedents - particularly Supreme Court precedents - last for generations. President Trump can build a wall today and President Biden can tear it down tomorrow. But a binding precedent from a staunchly conservative court will last far beyond the end of a presidency.

The next president will get at least 1-2 Supreme Court picks. If President Trump gets those picks, we can get a court that’s more conservative and more committed to upholding the US Constitution than any of us have seen in our lifetimes. A court like that will shatter liberal gun control laws and be willing to take on older restrictions as well. Replace 1-2 liberals with strong conservative justices and FOPA, the GCA, even the NFA are all on the table.
